Venue Hire Fee $400 to secure booking, covers sound system and engineer. Additional $100 for a seated show.
Capacity Standing capacity for 140 people, seating for 60 people.
Tickets You set the ticket price. We'll create a ticket-link and Facebook event for you. You take all minus Humanitix 4% + $0.99 per paid ticket. Presales are paid out automatically 2 days after the event.
Door Sales We can provide a door person for you for $35/hr 3hour minimum. Please arrange with us well in advance or byo door person. We can provide a square terminal, keep a record and invoice us for any door/merch sales and we'll pay asap!
Technical Specifications Soundcraft Si Expression mixing console, sound system, mics, stands, 4 x DI boxes. 96db limit before 7 pm : 101 db after 7 pm.
Cancellation Policy Best effort to reschedule or refund. Cancellation within 30 days of booking, venue hire fee may be forfeited.
Parking Street parking on Montague Rd and Hope St, loading zone outside venue.
Promotion It is your responsibility to promote the event, however, drop off/send your posters and we'll put them up at the venue. We'll share anything you post on socials but make sure to tag us or add us as a collaborator
Rider Each performer will be provided with at least one $10 food/drink voucher
